RESERVATIONS: Should be made no longer than 45 days prior to departure to guarantee the departure of your choice. Reservations for less than 45 days will be accepted with full payment.

Reservation consisting of 16 PAX or more traveling together constitutes a group, although this may be booked through the individual department. This will mean that group booking / cancellation will apply and that a different rate may apply.

Options are normally held for one week, but may be extended if the agent feels there is a strong possibility of a definite booking being secured. Please be aware however that for every option held it is likely that another group inquiry will be turned away by the hotel and more than one extension cannot be made.

PAYMENT: We require full pre-payments for all individual bookings. For group bookings, a deposit of 25% per person is required upon reservation. Deposits must be received within seven days of booking, which will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit by Esendal International Tourism & Travel or its agents.

The cost of arrangements in Turkey will normally be quoted, invoiced and paid in $ (Dollar). Tours that visit several different countries will normally be quoted in one currency.

Payment is usually made by Bank Transfer direct to our account. Full details will be notified to you in advance. Alternatively, a Bank Draft in the currency invoiced should reach us by the date required. Payment can be made by credit card if this has been agreed in advanced, as a handling fee will have to be added to the account.

RECONFIRMATION of FINAL REQUIREMENTS and PAYMENT of BALANCE: Full payment of the balance due must be received by us no later than six weeks before arrangements commence or we reserve the right to cancel the reservations. With the payment we should also receive a Rooming List, details of arrival and departure and any other operational information needed. A final invoice will be issued by our Accounts Department at the time the group’s arrangements commence.

CANCELLATION AND ADMINISTRATIONS CHARGES: A non-refundable $ 100.00 per person cancellation fee applies to all booking under deposit for the amount of work and costs incurred in undertaking the arrangements to that stage.

After payment of the balance, if a booking is canceled, or any reduction in the number of the people traveling will incur Cancellation Charges (will be retained) on the following scale. If at the time we make the original reservations, any hotels inform us that their cancellation policy differs from ours, we will inform you in advance.

4 – 6 weeks before travel: 30% charge

2 – 4 weeks before travel: 50% charge

1 - 2 weeks before travel: 80% charge

LATE BOOKINGS: When we asked to obtain reservations within or less than one month of travel, it will be regarded as a definite booking (not an option). As soon as the cost of the arrangements is known, we will issue a Pro Forma Invoice. Immediate payment will be required.

REFUND FOR UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS: There is no refund for any part or parts of tour program, including extra accommodations, sightseeing, meals or any other service that is not used, regardless of the cause.

SIGHTSEEING: Including as described in each itinerary, except where there optional tours.

SEQUENCE OF ITINERARY: In some tours the sequence of events may change from the other shown. However, you will receive all the components indicated. A deleted final itinerary will be provided prior to your departure.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR COST: Passport, visa any expenses on the United States mainland, camera fees, airport departure taxes, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified as not being included, after dinner tea or coffee, any beverages such as mineral water or soft drinks. Also not included are customary tips to your drivers, guides and escorts that are left to tour member’s discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Esendal International Tourism & Travel LTD. and its agents, act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by rail-road, car, motor coach, boat or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of default of any company or person engaged in convening the passenger or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour. We do not accept responsibility for losses, or additional expenses due to delay or change in air services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. Baggage is at owner’s risk through the tour, unless insured.

TRANSFERS: Included as per itineraries. However, if you plan to arrive prior to the tour operation, or stay on after your tour ends, or arrive and depart on another carrier other than specified carrier of the tour group, you will need to make your own transfer arrangements since they will not be provided outside of group provisions. However, this service is available at an additional cost through Esendal International Tourism & Travel.

TOUR PRICES: "Land only" prices are guaranteed as noted in the respective itineraries.

MEALS: Meals included in tour prices are shown on each itinerary by the code letter (B) breakfast, (L) lunch, (D) dinner.

SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited while riding in vehicles owned or operated by Esendal International Tourism & Travel Tours. Frequent stops are made so that smoking breaks may be taken outside of vehicles.

PASSPORT / VISA: A valid passport and visa is needed to travel to Turkey. US citizens may obtain their visa either from any Turkish consular office abroad, or at the border crossing points. Other passport holders please check with the Turkish consulate offices.
